PRC Announces agreement with Drive America Holdings, Inc.
PRC ANNOUNCES AGREEMENT WITH DRIVE AMERICA HOLDINGS, INC. TO PROVIDE MANAGED CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP SUPPORT

PRC, one of the nation's leading providers of outsourced customer management, announced today that it has signed a managed customer support relationship with Drive America Holdings, Inc. The United States Auto Club, Motoring Division (USAC/MD), a business unit of Drive America Holdings, provides roadside assistance services to more than 15 million customers through a nationwide network of automobile service professionals.

USAC/MD also provides roadside assistance services to top automotive manufacturers in the US including Ford, Jaguar, Lincoln/Mercury, Land Rover, Ferrari, and Maserati.
