“At PRC, I’ve always felt supported as I made decisions and developed in my career. I began as an Operations Manager, then became a Director, which led to my role as Vice President of Client Services, and now a Senior Vice President. I achieved this role because throughout my years here, PRC has done a great job of recognizing the talents and skills of its people, as well as assessing their contributions. And to this day, they still do.

PRC offers lots of growth, flexibility and stability for those willing to go the extra mile. I started at PRC 15 years ago because of the opportunity. At that time, PRC was not the industry leader it is today. But, I was always able to sense the entrepreneurial environment. I knew if I applied myself the opportunities for advancement would present themselves. And they did. As the company quickly grew, so did I. Today, PRC still has that entrepreneurial environment with so much more. Even though, I’ve worked through the ranks, I still get excited for the people of PRC because they too can eventually advance their career as I did.
