PRC Announces agreement with Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group to provide Managed Customer Care |
PRC, one of the nation's leading providers of outsourced customer management, announced today that it has signed a five-year managed customer support relationship with Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group Inc.
