PRC RECRUITMENT CENTER OPENS ITS DOORS TO THE COMMUNITY -
Large Florida employer establishes new office in Kendall PRC is looking to hire several hundred people over the next several months in South Miami-Dade, the company announced today, adding it has opened an employment recruitment center in Kendall. The recruitment office, established just last month to support the needs of the Company’s Cutler Ridge and Kendall facilities, recently held an open house for prospective employees.
Founded in Miami in 1982, PRC has been a major employer in Miami-Dade for over 10 years. The Company manages customer communications for leading brands via the telephone, email, and interactive channels. PRC’s hiring needs, attributed to growth with existing clients, primarily focus on customer care associates, who are specialists in sales and service. “PRC remains strongly committed to South Dade,” said Alicia Miyares, PRC Vice President of Communications. “We look forward to hosting qualified applicants at our new recruitment center in Kendall and sharing our employee-focused culture with many new faces in the community.” To support this growth, PRC recently held a job fair at Coral Ridge Senior High School to recruit employees for a pilot program that they are initiating. The response was fantastic with many of these students beginning training in early September. One of the PRC’s major accounts in South Dade, DIRECTV, offers employees hired to support this program a FREE satellite dish and DIRECTV service for the duration of their employment.
