To provide end to end customer service for our clients' customers.
Job Description
Responsible for utilizing customer service skills to: Use customer service skills to effectively answer customer's questions; Identify needs and provide prompt resolution to inquiries and problems; Capture data and enter clearly and accurately; Express flexibility to troubleshoot problems and provide solutions.
Requirements
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- 1-2 years customer service experience (some call enter experience preferred)
- Customer service oriented (demonstrated skills)
- Ability to use phone system
- Positive attitude
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong listening skills
- Adaptive to change
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to use Windows and Internet web browsing computer applications
