The position is responsible for functional and technical support of PRC’s Oracle HR applications. This includes working with vendors to understand new functionality and patch releases, as well as design, development, implement and support of all functional and technical requirements within the applications.
Responsibilities entail working with end-users, other ERP staff, other cross-functional staff, and PRC management within the Finance, People and Operations organizations to identify and implement application enhancements, new tools and manage process re-engineering efforts. The Systems Analyst has full accountability for working with his/her Manager to implement multiple projects from initial requirements & business case development through post-production support.
Job Responsibilities:
- Process enhancement requirements
- Document business and functional requirements
- Document and/or review technical requirements
- Work with third party vendors on release management and support issues
- Develop and execute solid project plans, including contingency planning, backup and recovery documentation
- Manage the SDLC for all projects
- Manage Remedy ticket queue and assist with solving end-user issues as needed
- Perform special assignments in support of departmental objectives
