Summary: To serve as the main source of contact, providing excellent customer service to customers. Customer Service Representatives will be able to anticipate the customer’s needs and resolve the majority of the customer’s issues. Position Objective: Responsible for utilizing customer service to: identify consumer needs, provide prompt resolution to inquires and follow through on all calls with customers. Communicate with each customer in a clear and concise manner, handling every call professionally.
Educational Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required College preferred
Professional Experience / Qualifications: 1-2 years customer service experience (some phone required) Customer service oriented (demonstrated skills) Excellent oral and written communication skills Mental Acuity Technical Experience desired Ability to use phone system Ability to use the computer system Knowledge of product and procedures Ability to use the computer system Strong listening/comprehension skills Patience Empathetic Able to tolerate large volume of complaint oriented calls Conversational Confident Assertive Demonstrate a positive attitude Strong interpersonal skills Able to knowledgeably handle large volume of calls, providing excellent service to each caller.
