Insurance Agents (Licensed/Non-Licensed)To make an outbound telephone call and sell potential clients designated products. To achieve productivity objectives and maintain quality standards within company guidelines, policies, and client expectations.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Maintains comprehensive product knowledge of specific program(s).
Continues on‑going educational requirements as required by law.
Meets calling performance on specified programs to defined company and client expectations.
Adheres to all Access Direct, D.M.A., F.C.C, client, and all other applicable regulatory agencies' guidelines and policies.
Quotes prices and terms of sales and closes order.
Provides feedback to supervisors on areas that will improve productivity and procedures.
Requirements
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six to twelve months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. This position requires any combination of the following licenses: Life, Accident and Health, Property and Casualty, and Commercial licenses.
