“I began my career in May of 2005 in Cedar Rapids, Iowa as a Tele-services Sales Representative. During my first 6 months, I worked on several programs including credit card sales, a Leading Cable Provider, and a Leading Entertainment Publications Provider. After 3 months of taking calls, I was promoted to a Consultative Sales Representative where I helped manage fundraisers for non-profit organizations. After 6 months, I was promoted to a Trainer. Soon after, I was offered an opportunity to move to Denver, Colorado to become the Client Services Manager on a Leading Wireless Provider account. I was given great support, resources and benefited from many valuable business lessons.
I have since then taken on both the Operations Manager role and Client Services role supporting a Leading Consumer Products program in Sunrise, Florida. I have also had the opportunity to travel internationally with the company to help launch a program in the Philippines.
I never thought the call center industry was for me until PRC invested in me. I have met a lot of great people, have had and continue to have great mentors.
