PRC Supers. PRC appreciates the determination and dedication that team members display.  The PRC Supers Award program is designed to reward PRC Team Members for going “above & beyond” the call of duty.  It is designed to honor PRC’s cream of the crop Team Members for superstar performance for our clients!

PRC Community Care. In addition to their busy schedules, many PRC employees seek ways to share their time and talents with those from their community in need.  This employee interest in community involvement is the driving force behind PRC Community Care.  PRC Community Care creates opportunities for PRC employees to actively address social needs and make a measurable, positive impact in the community.

PRC University offers a series of leadership and management programs designed to enhance the professional, ongoing development of all our employees.  Excellence at all levels of the organization depends heavily on internal development. Over 70% of PRC’s managers are promoted from within and career path development is a key part of our culture.

PRC Pathfinders is a career development program that provides a procedure for employees to identify and apply for “next level” positions within PRC.  PRC Pathfinders will increase their opportunity for promotion by completing the curriculum and tasks within the career tracks of Trainer, QAR, Workforce Management Clerk, and Team Manager. This program supports the PRC company vision by selecting, developing and retaining outstanding talent through a formalized career development process that supports PRC’s Core Values.

PRC Tuition Assistance. At PRC we believe in the value of education and we encourage our team members to increase their knowledge at every opportunity.  The PRC Tuition Assistance program is in place to make it easier to take advantage of those opportunities.  The tuition assistance program provides cash assistance to employees who wish to enhance their knowledge through educational course work.

At PRC, we believe employee communications should be frequent and complete.  PRC Communications works to ensure that all our team members are ‘in the know’.  Via email, payroll stuffers, newsletters, and postings on InsidePRC, the company’s intranet, PRC Communications makes every effort to make sure our employees have visibility in what is going on within the life of the organization.

At PRC, we value our people for doing their best, always focusing on achievements and goals to ensure the success of their team.  In continuing this focus, PRC rewards employees for referring the finest talent available to join our team!  Through PRC Cash Connection, PRC awards employees with a cash incentive for strengthening our team with good people and great talent.

The PRC Bright Ideas Innovators program is designed to encourage employees to submit ideas for cost reductions, company quality or process improvement.  If an idea is implemented by PRC, the employee gets an incentive reward of up to $5,000.
