AloriCares, a division of Alorica, is managed and staffed by American Veterans, and was created to provide service solutions in a virtual call center environment while empowering American Veterans to reclaim their lives after service.
The AloriCares program recruits and hires Wounded Warriors and American Veterans of the U.S. Armed Forces. This is a part of Alorica’s Diversity hiring initiative and a truly innovative endeavor designed to support American lives by connecting business opportunity and military talent.
AloriCares empowers veterans with an opportunity to earn a good wage and regain independence by working to provide customer care for leading Fortune 500 business customers. Veterans are trained to serve as front-line customer service representatives, as well as in supervisory, operational, and support functions.
AloriCares began operation in October 2010 with its client partner, a Fortune 50 Telecommunications provider. The veterans handle the client’s business customer inquiries on the company’s broad range of products and services. In July 2011 AloriCares expanded its operation to include the International customers for that same client. Since the October launch, AloriCares has expanded to over 100 veterans and Alorica is constantly seeking additional business partners for the AloriCares division.
