  • PRC achieved efficiencies for this Client by automating their auto-faxing and imaging contract processes. We are the Client’s largest sales agent and largest outsourced commercial Customer Care teleservices provider.
    Savings to client: $5.3 Million per year
  • In October 2003, PRC exceeded the $22 million goal for NFL Sales that the Client had set.
  • In July 2003, PRC was the only vendor to receive a 100% quality score for the Client’s proprietary Quality Enterprise Rating System.

  • For the third consecutive year, PRC’s “Fortune 200 Financial Services” Client team has been certified by J. D. Power and Associates for outstanding customer service.  J.D. Power and Associates conducts customized research and customer satisfaction measurement and tracking on a proprietary basis. Some of their criteria are:

  • Understand their strengths and weaknesses and those of their competitors
  • Identify specific tactics to improve quality and customer satisfaction
  • Savings to client: Over $1.5 Million annually
